Men’s Group Work

Creating a space for men to connect, be seen fully, and be supported in living a more conscious, integrous life

The importance of providing men with positive examples of masculinity and nurturing spaces for vulnerability and open communication has never been greater. With rising rates of loneliness, many men struggle to establish authentic connections with others. Studies show that about 25% of men lack close friends for discussing personal matters, leading to feelings of isolation, shame and emotional strain.

At the same time, society needs more conscious, courageous men with high integrity. When men don’t have a healthy way to express and integrate their emotions, we all suffer. We need men who are grounded, who can hold structure, and who are connected with their bodies and hearts, not just their minds.

The connections we’re creating through this work empower men to find resilience in vulnerability, redefine outdated versions of masculinity with an alternative paradigm grounded in integrity, love, and intentionality, and create ripples of impact through conscious relationships and leadership throughout our communities.

We run a closed group for men in the San Francisco Bay Area. We meet on a bi-weekly basis, once a month in person and once a month virtually. These sessions are designed to help each participant receive support, be held to a higher standard, and live in greater alignment with their truth.

Our sessions are grounded in practice - this includes breath work, qigong, and meditation. It is through this connection with our bodies, with the energy available to us, that we can show up with clarity, presence and connection both for ourselves and others.

While there may be short pieces of content, the majority of the time is spent reflecting, connecting, and sharing what’s going on in our lives - both the celebrations and the challenges.
