About Edward Wexler-Beron

I’m a partner, aspiring father, son, brother, loyal friend, certified executive coach and leadership development facilitator, landscape photographer, lover of the outdoors, meditator, yogi, foodie, and basketball player.

I help leaders, from new managers to VPs, often at tech companies, create high performing teams where people are deeply engaged and thrive. With startups, I work with founders and their leadership teams. I enable leaders to optimize their effectiveness and productivity while creating a more fulfilling and impactful life without burnout.

With extensive leadership experience at technology companies, from startups to enterprise (Square, eBay) across a range of functions, as well as a background in Strategy Consulting at Monitor Deloitte and a Wharton MBA, I know the challenges organizations face and provides actionable, conscious, and impactful coaching, facilitation and training.
